The JC Raulston Arboretum is a nationally acclaimed botanic garden and living laboratory located just minutes from campus in Raleigh. Open to the public every day of the year with free admission, the arboretum features one of the largest and most expansive collections of landscape plants adapted for the southeastern United States.
Founded in 1976 by renowned horticulturist Dr. J. C. Raulston, the arboretum now showcases thousands of plant varieties from around the world across beautifully designed themed gardens and collections.
