Living on Centennial Campus

Modern, Sustainable Living

Wolf Ridge Apartments is Centennial Campus’s premier housing option for upper-class and graduate students, offering apartment-style living just steps from Hunt Library and The Oval. Spanning six LEED Silver–certified buildings, the community provides nearly 1,200 beds in one- to four-bedroom suites and graduate lofts, blending academic convenience with modern comfort.

Sustainability is built into the design, with features like green roofs, LED lighting, native landscaping and a 50,000-gallon cistern that collects rainwater for irrigation. With easy access to research centers, classrooms, dining and green spaces, Wolf Ridge combines campus living with the energy of Centennial’s innovation district.
